I used to call my diet '80/10/10' after the book by Dr. Douglas Graham.
In the video you'll hear me say '80/10/10 diet', but now I refer to my diet as 'Fruitarianism'.

I can see why you made that sacrifice. My fiance and I are both lacto-ovo vegetarians, she for almost 6 years and myself for my 1 year on October 28th. I'm also transtitioning to cooked veganism (and I hope to eventually make it to fruitarianism when I can afford it (my fiance is very frugal and we are both in college)). We will be getting married soon and I already know that our wedding day will be an exception for me that I am not upset to make. I think that as long as you stick to what you believe in 99% of the time and make that 1% of straying be for important reasons and not just slipping a non-vegan snack it doesn't hurt your integrity but enhances it by not letting your diet control your life. Your success has certainly been an inspiration for me and I like to run as well so that's another thing we have in common. I just have to make sure I do it right so I don't die like my fiance fears I will (She gets very concerned with every dietary adjustment that I choose to make).

Honestly, when it comes to non-vegan snack it’s not just about your personal diet, but also about your ethical choices.
