Fast Food and the Fruitarian’s Adventure in Sri Lanka!

Sri Lanka is an amazing place. Fruit grows wild everywhere and the local population lives on it!

Wouldn't you eat lots of fruit if it was just growing fresh all around you? Isn't that natural…

    Mike, I'm from 30bad. have you decided yet which tropical island you want to live on? I know in the group, NYC and vicinity, you mentioned Mexico, Sri Lanka as possibles. Are you still considering them?

    I'd love to live off of just fruit (and maybe some raw vegetables) sooo bad, but I think that's a bit extreme.

    Read 80/10/10 and then just try it for a while. I did it for a few months and felt great. Circumstances forced me to put it on hiatus for a while, but I experienced great endurance and a clearing up of a few health problems.
