Mucus is something that I don’t experience anymore.
I call my diet ‘Fruitarianism’.
Some people call it ‘The Mucusless’diet, The Low Fat Raw Vegan (LFRV) Diet, some people call it the 80/10/10 diet or 955 diet after Dr. Douglas Graham's book.
Foods that cause mucus are things that you shouldn’t be putting in your body. Cooked foods cause mucus, lots of it!

Question: ever get a cold or a flu or anything of the sort?
If so, what does that look like?
If not, did you get them before you went all-fruit?

If so, what is your opinion of "fueling" runs with pinole, chia seeds, corn stuff that is used by the Tarahumara people?
It’s better than all the processed, junk food and animal products, but it cannot be compared to the lightness and energy that fruit gives.
