What is a more natural option of a meal in nature: Apples or Steak?
Well, I think the answer is pretty simple…

Thanks for another great video.
Unfortunately, I don't share your level of compassion or respect for other animals' lives, but after viewing your experience, am considering your diet as a way to improve my athletic performance and/or lose bodyfat.
There are a number of athletes reporting success on paleo-type diets, which include a relatively large amount of meat. They also cook their foods, in most cases. The common thread between the fruitarian (or 80-10-10) and the paleo diets seems to be the exclusion of grains and dairy (especially grains). This is interesting to me, because many 80-10-10ers come from vegan backgrounds, which generally include a lot of grains and processed crap.
This opens up a couple of areas for discussion:
1. Do you believe that most of your improvements were the result of switching to law fat raw foods, or simply from eliminating the inflammation-causing grains and other processed carbage from your diet? If one ate the same foods as you (fruits and vegetables that could be eaten raw), but cooked some of them, how would you expect their results to compare? What if the diet included some meat as well?
whats ur view on acne with a low fat raw vegan diet?
you're amazing. period.
YES!!
