This website is non-commercial.  I do not sell anything!  I'm only looking to help people improve their diets and performance.

I have a full time business (http://www.TheNaturalSapphireCompany.com) that takes up most of my free time.  

I am also married and have 3 young kids.  Plus I like to run anywhere from 2-8 hours a day!

So I don't have time to respond emails.  I wish I had the time!

Please only email me if it's for a serious question, and/or if you are someone in the media who can help spread the message of a all raw, low fat/fruitarian plant based diet.

If I don't reply please don't take it personally.  In most cases if you are asking me to cover a specific subject and I already plan to cover the subject I won't be replying back to you. If it's a subject I didn't have on my list I will email you back with a 'thank you'
