thanks for your advise. I will try this time. :)
I have one more question.
In your experiance,
do fruits make you look any younger than before?

Don't eat too many citrus and other acidic fruit (like pineapple). Concentrate on sweet fruit (not dried) like bananas, persimmons, papayas for a while.
If you are cold: 1) Eat fruits at room temperature and in a warm environment 2) Make sure you are eating enough calories.

Nice job in NY, Michael, you're badass!

I too run to and from work and sometimes find it difficult to manage to have enought fruit at work. Would be interesting to hear how you get your fruit to work.

hi, I am beginner fruitarian. I love fruits so much :)
but, I have a serious problem.
When I ate citrus fruits like tangerine,
My teeth are sour. after 5~6 tangerines,
my teeth are hurt.
How can I avoid this problem?
Oh, and eating fruits makes my body so cold...
HOw can I avoid this too?(even if I eat many dried fruits)
sorry about this questions. have a good day~

Of course if you start loading on bananas and dates (one of the densest fruit calorie sources) and don't move around much - you might actually gain some weight.
The trick here is that the fruit digests so easily, that it doesn't weigh the body down and the more calories we eat - the more we have the desire to burn these calories through physical activity!

When you eat cooked food - it makes you sleepy and heavy and makes it more difficult to keep up the exercise.

Michael, after watching your vid from this years Leadville, I had to go outside and scream with enthusiasm. I am overwhelmed with emotion tight now. You inspire me...

Please reconnect me with your wife as I think I would like to work with her on helping other midlife and beyond women succeed in this lifestyle. Where are the successful 40-50 plus year old women succeeding as Fruitarians. I want to meet them, learn from them, and spread the love.

Cograts on your Leadville finish, Michael. I enjoy your website very much. (I'm vegan with a focus on raw foods.) Keep those race reports coming.

Hi There!
Saw your videos and in one of them you say that you wish to go to different places and search for great fruit.
Have you ever been to Malmö, sweden? In the summertime there's a place called möllevångstorget which is a place where you can get fruit and vegetables every single day from 10 am to 3 pm.
Always fresh fruit and for a cheap price aswell!

Hope you come here soon! And give me a yell if you're coming!

Have a nice day!

Hi, Michael, your success story with fruitarianism is awesome! A question: why is it that there are many articles online saying that the scientific evidence is that fructose is easily converted into body fat, in the face of your eating 30 lbs, is it?, of fruit a day & having such negligent body fat, as a result? Thanks! Janis
