Awesome!
Great website. Amazing accomplishments. Please keep all us motivated with your diet thur this website.
Are you still going to run Western States?
Yup, Western States is my next big race! The training is brutal!
can't wait for the Vermont race report Mike!
amazing accomplishments eating mainly fruits, what's the ratio of fruits to vegetables that you eat? I sort of… don't like vegetables that much, so I was wondering if it's possible to do the kind of stuff that you do on just fruits and no vegetables.
If you don’t like vegetables – don’t eat them.
It is entirely possible to eat only fruit.
However, when you stay on this diet for a while, you might start craving some vegetables.
If you don’t – stay on fruit, just keep it low fat.
Hey Mike,
I checked out your split times on the official Kona 2008 results, you actually placed 1010, not 1011!
Congratulations with the new Marathon PR and great placement in the NYC Marathon
