2010 was a year of adventure!
I accomplished so much and never felt so good.
I’m very satisfied with the results of my dedicated training.
The longer I continue to reach new levels of performance on a fruitarian diet the more confidence I have in continuing to eat this way.

Yes! And it is so easy to stay lean so people can actually SEE the muscle! I can eat as much as I want, and I stay RIPPED with more ENERGY!
